Brad is extremely thorough and very good at explaining every little detail of the process and the results of his inspection. He's honest, genuine, and very professional. The final report he provided is also the most detailed home inspection report I’ve ever seen. Definitely will be referring again.

They even explained to me how to work things that I was unfamiliar with, gave suggestions on some of the minor repairs, etc. I feel they are extremely knowledgeable. 12/10. Highly recommended.
