In January, I was moving my father from Florida to Washington state, and with recent medical treatment, he was in need of oxygen. I found this company through Delta Airlines. Despite a very short timeline before our flight (3 days), Oxygen to Go was able to expedite a contract and shipment of a personal oxygen concentrator (POC) to the Florida address where my dad was staying. The contract was very clear, so I don't understand the basis for the negative reviews. The equipment was easy to operate, and the battery supply was more than adequate for the 15-hour day we faced traveling from Gainesville FL to Olympia WA. Later, we consulted Oxygen to Go several times to look into purchasing a POC for my dad. Their advice was timely and excellent. Each employee with whom we communicated, including the Director of Operations, was very courteous and knowledgeable. They allowed us to continue to use the rental equipment without additional fees while we awaited the arrival of our purchased equipment. We are very pleased with the results of our interactions with Oxygen to Go. They have a wealth of experience and I highly recommend them.

My husband was in need of oxygen for a trip to Colorado in the high altitude. We were told that the prescription that we provided from our doctor would not work and we were asked to get a revised prescription. Now, you would think that if you are being told that what you have provided will not work then certainly there would be no transactions of any kind until you are able to meet their requirement, right? Because we were unable to get the particular verbiage that they require on a prescription, I sent an email on 9/19/20 to let them know that we would not be using their services. No device had been reserved for us and no financial transactions had been completed. We were told that they could not rent us oxygen without an appropriate prescription. Today, 9/21/20, we find that they charged our card. I sent an email letting them know that we had already cancelled and they said that they could give us a credit to use within a year or if we were getting a refund then there would be a cancellation fee taken from the refund. There was nothing to cancel as we had not met their requirement. The point is I had already cancelled before the charge ever went through. How can you charge someone for a device when they have not met your requirements yet to even be eligible to rent the device? My recommendation is to use someone else. Do not go with this company.
I would rate zero stars if it was an option. My mother was encouraged (not ordered) to take oxygen with her when she left the hospital recovering from pneumonia. O2 to Go delivered the portable equipment to the hospital, it seemed to go smoothly. Charge was 150 per contract, for first day. Then things went south. The hassle of managing the equipment and flying caused stress that far outweighed the benefit for mom. She opted to leave the equipment in Jackson. I phoned O2 to Go to return the equipment. They took it upon themselves to call Delta Airlines and try to have my mom removed from her flight. Luckily Delta called me to get the straight story - O2 was recommended, but OPTIONAL. Then the bill comes - 3 times what was quoted in the contract. AVOID USING 02 TO GO AT ALL COSTS. They are unethical and dishonest.
Very friendly and helpful if you need oxygen to fly they will rent you the equipment. They mail it to you and you mail it back in with the pre-paid label. Very easy to do and they take care of almost everything for you. They walk you through the steps you need to do.
