My oxy-con was on the blink, so I telephoned from out of the country, and explained how the machine was behaving. Justin gave me direction in what to look for, and then told me how to remedy it. He was patient, kind and so very helpful, answering questions and emailing with me until the unit was performing perfectly. Excellent customer service! I am forever grateful to him!

I am very happy with OxygenPlus. I bought a reconditioned Invacare Platinum Concentrator from them last November. When I turned it on, it was very loud. I have used this same brand for 25 years, having had 3 different machines, and this was much louder. I called them and they suggested checking the motor spring mounts and the input filter, both of which could come loose in shipping. Both were fine. I needed to use it nightly so I located it in a separate room with a closed door. After a couple of weeks, it just stopped working. Apparently the motor failed. This time, when I contacted them, them made arrangements for the unit to be picked up at no charge to me and sent out a new (reconditioned) unit, also at no charge. The new unit is quite, even more quiet than the ones I had in the past. I had concerns buying from a company a great distance from me. They have totally satisfied me. The original price was fair and the warranty service/replacement was perfect. I am breathing easier now.

I head up a nonprofit that donates oxygen concentrator to parrot rescues across the country. We've bought at least a half dozen concentrators from OxygenPlus Medical Systems and have always been impressed with the pricing, the product, and the service. These units, and I can say this with confidence because I have one here for my own parrot rescue, have been true life savers for many birds. We are happy customers and will be purchasing again, no reason to shop elsewhere when they have proven themselves over and over.

What a great company. I had some difficulty and needed a repair. They walked me through everything I needed to do to accomplish a Sieve bed re-pour and helped me troubleshoot my machine a little bit over the phone to let me know I was going in the right direction. I will be using them for all my O2 needs in the future.
