Purchased a refrigerator from this store and told the salesman that it had to come up a narrow flight of stairs to the second level of our town home. The salesman add comments for the delivery to bring a four man crew and/or carrying straps. Delivery showed up as planned but one two guys who said they could not bring it up without two more people. Reschedule for Friday delivery and guess what...only two guys showed up again! I'm cancelling my order and and will shop with a more competent retailer.

Beware of employees and manager Tom. I purchased several thousand dollars worth of appliances. After last minute changes in delivery dates and more changes in delivery dates and installation, I became frustrated and called the appliance department. My wife and I spoke with several people and each one had an excuse of why our hood was not delivered again as promised. After a few heated words with an employee over the phone, the employee accused me of threatening him and several employees with a gun and killing people. This is absolutely not true. I am so humiliated. My wife was approached by police asking questions about me. I was not even there.I called the manager Tom and my words fell on deaf ears. I tried calling corporate and they said I would have to deal with the store. Wow! I would think this is a serious situation when someone falsely accuses you of threatening to kill several people. I am outraged. This just happened a few hours ago. There must be something I can do to repair my integrity. I need an attorney. If someone could help me, I would appreciate it. Update. It is now July 3rd, 2017 and still a bunch of lies. My hood is damaged and they are avoiding my calls. What can you do to Best Buy when they do not honor their promises? The manager of the store is clueless. Corporate does not care. I will never buy anything from them again. I am a website developer. I will dedicate a website to unhappy Best Buy customers. They can place their feed back on the site. Maybe this will help.
