Michael Roll and Lambert Wong deserve 10 stars! They have gone above and beyond the normal level of customer service. My wife and I have been in the middle of a home remodel for the past year. Unfortunately, due to COVID almost everything ordered was delayed or mixed up in some fashion. They did all they could do to take care of the many problems that arose to insure smooth delivery and installation of our appliances and fixtures. Not sure how things would have gone otherwise. We thank and appreciate them greatly!

The outside sign "Electronics" on the building should be removed, since they are not offering any electronics at all. I walked in expecting to see more than Kitchen and Bath items. Also, most items were not priced.

Fantastic experience! The sales person Michael Roll is amazing. Was able to buy a dishwasher, gas stove and a microwave in 15 min. He asked a few questions and suggested few products and I was able to buy everything I needed at the price I was interested in. Great customer service, friendly staff!

Pacific Sales Burbank General Manager Guillermo Gonzalez Franco goes out of his way to make buying a great experience. Guillermo returns phone calls quickly and does want ever is necessary to get what is needed to be done. This is the second time he has saved the day, once with a dishwasher issue and another with a washer-dryer issue due to dealing with the horrible and incompetent sales staff and mostly manager at the West Hollywood store. I will forever be grateful for Guillermo assistance and I look forward to more purchases in the Burbank store knowing if there is an issue the manager cares and tries his best to do the right thing.
