I needed some items hauled from Hunting to Beach to Minnesota. Due to COVID I was unable to fly to California and pick them up. I looked up shipping companies in the area and Pack N Ship had all 5 Star reviews. The reviews all mention how much everyone appreciated the work Tony does. I have to tell you from the first time I spoke to Tony until the packages arrived; Tony went over and above and completely exceeded any experience I have had shipping packages. He picked up the items, Did an amazing job packing them to protect these glass items from breaking and he followed up as the delivery progressed. The customer service Tony provided was the best I have ever experienced. The people in the Huntington Beach area are lucky to have Tony as a member of their business community. I wish I could give ten stars because his customer service and great attitude deserve it.

Tony is the kindest person, and so perfect for my crazy work life! He always sends texts when I get mail, which is particularly awesome when clients mail my checks, or when I receive "love notes" from the IRS. ;-) I have never had this level of customer service with all the mail service places I have engaged over the years...and such reasonable prices!
