My sister-in-law funeral service started at 1 pm today and the Pagenkopf Funeral Home is streamlining the funeral. It' already 1:42 and they never let me in to watch the service. I did everything I was suppose to on my end. I messaged Pagenkopf before the service and they said the online streaming would start at 1 pm. I was never let in to view the service. I would never hold a funeral service at the Pagenkopf Funeral Home, especially my own funeral service. Shame on Pagenkopf! Once again, never use Pagenkopf Funeral Home.

Planning a funeral for a loved one is hard enough. But when you're suddenly and unexpectedly tasked with doing it for your 22 year old child, its an entirely different story. I was so devastated, but knew I wanted Pagenkopf because they are good people. Renee was so kind and thoughtful. She made everything I wanted come together, and walked me through everything. In a devastating situation, Renee was really my light.

When my father was sent to hospice, I reached out to Pagenkopf Funeral Home for guidance. From that first phone call on through my dad’s burial, the staff was knowledgeable and comforting. When I had questions, they got back to me right away. They were supportive and flexible - making sure that our wishes were met. They were upfront about the different options and costs. They recommended Wes Werner as our clergy and we couldn’t have been happier. He was just a wonderful person to work with and really got to know who my dad was before the service. Pagenkopf helped turn a sad day into a beautiful one, and for that I will be forever grateful.

My mother had a bad fall and as a result she passed away. She was unconscious in hospice for over two weeks and was badly physically injured. Her wish was to have an open casket but the family thought that wasn’t possible with her injuries. But Ms Collopy made her look absolutely wonderful. At the last minute our family decided she should be viewed. We were amazed. Working with Kevin and the rest of the staff was an awesome experience. They made everything so easy and we were comforted by their kindness and professionalism. Thank you!

This funeral home couldn't have made the most difficult time in my life any easier. Our daughter passed away at birth and the unknown of what to do when planning a baby's funeral was uncomfortable for me but Cindy knew just how to speak with me so that I understood what to expect. We hired Wes to help out at the visitation and service. Wes kept me on track and focused during the service and like Cindy, he told me what to expect and recommended ways to go about it. I am so pleased with their services.
