Amazing customer service and excellent service too! Mike, Sanchez and Phil in the service department are very accommodating. The gents in the parts department are also very easy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership for all your service and parts needs. I haven't dealt with the sales side of the group, but if they're anything like the service side...pure perfection!

Throw out everything you think you know about the dealership experience. Dan is the kind of guy you just want to hang out with and talk cars and motorcycles with. In fact, it shouldn’t be a surprise that this dealership has an active riding group. These are good people! I knew that when my first afternoon looking at bikes was punctuated by visits from customers who make it a habit to simply swing by. It was great to talk to people with different riding experiences and perspectives. I can’t recommend this dealer enough, and would absolutely ask for Dan. I should mention that he went out of his way to deliver my bike on a rainy Friday night the week before Christmas so that I’d get two extra days of riding before the holiday. Incredibly good service, *and* I got a great deal on a bike that I absolutely love! I also have to give a big shout out to Devon in the parts department for having the patience of a saint answering my questions and my wife’s. He’s a walking encyclopedia of gear knowledge, and a real pleasure to hang with. I probably sound like a plant here, but I’ve been in a lot of dealerships and it’s rare to find a group like this. Every single person I talked to was accommodating and low key. So refreshing compared to the typical dealer experience. Thanks again, you guys!

What an outstanding team at Power BMW of Palm Bay! I have never had an easier time buying a new bike. I drove two hours to get there after being unsuccessful at a different dealership. Daniel in sales goes the extra mile and then some to make sure everything is perfect. If it's not perfect he will make it perfect. Period. He's enthusiastic and genuinely loves what he does. Shawn is the man for parts! He helped me tweek the new GS just the way I wanted it. They even delivered the new bike to my house. I'm telling all my fellow riders about this place. It's worth the trip.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealership. I'll begin with sales. Daniel is great. There is a no pressure sales environment at this dealership and the transparency of the sale is unlike any dealership I have ever dealt with. I unfortunately had an issue with the motorcycle (completely my fault) in which I had to enlist the help of the service department. I have had some very unpleasant experiences with dealership service (not here) in the past and was really worried about how it would turn out. I have to say I have never been more pleased with a dealer service experience than I was at Power Motorcycles. The service writer, Sanchez, and service manager, Mike, went above an beyond to take care of me. They genuinely cared and went out of their way to make sure the repair was taken care quickly while keeping the cost down. If you are in the market for a motorcycle, please do yourself a favor before you buy somewhere else and take the time to stop by Power Motorcycles to see what they have to offer.
