As a teacher who travels with students I am very meticulous about the place I chose to stay. I have chosen every year one of the beautiful homes Rick manages and we've had always wonderful stays. Everything is always perfect and whenever I needed assistance I was able to get help right away. Can't wait to be back!

Pleasant 2 bedroom with small bathroom between the 2 but very large full bath off the kitchen. Nice landscaping with lovely padio with a sun umbrella. Access to very nice pool at the BnB next door.
We stayed at Rick's Place, very nice little house, must have been a pool house at one time, and now converted into a vacation home. The bed was soft, and very comfortable. The kitchen was just fine too, everything to cook good home cooked meals. There's a gas grill outside too, if you want to do some grilling for a change of pace. The living area has a foldout sofa for guest sleepovers too. Maid service keeps it all neat and clean. And the driveway is great for parking. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wishing to get away and just relax in the historical district. We came back twice, and we will be returning for our third time soon. The cat and the dog loved it too. So consider coming down for a week, a month or two from the cold North and enjoy.

We stayed in one of their properties, Max Place. A perfect little cottage for two people who had everything you could wish for. The area is very beautiful and quiet and with perfect walking distance to the center. Can definitely recommend and would love to come back.
