Acme Housing Company seem to have one goal in mind and that is to keep their clients happy. They are very attentive and responsive to all requests/concerns, they keep long hours! The only slight criticism I would have is there needs to be more transparency regarding age of dog allowed to stay at properties. The booking form did not stress dogs of 1 year and upwards only. The ‘ Lucy I’m home’ house was very charming. Quite comfortable. Though in areas it could do with a little TLC ( the sofa has seen better days). The back yard is spectacular, pool is gorgeous. This property is meant for relaxation and the Palm Springs ordinance for no excessive noise or outside music (at all) at rental properties makes sure of that. If your not bothered by some traffic noise this rental is for you. It can get quite loud and definitely more noticeable at night. The Acme housing company were very attentive and easy to reach. General maintenance is very good.

We stayed at “Come Fly with Me” in Pam Spings and the house was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. My 2 boys had so much fun in he pool and my husband had a blast playing the pool table. I would definitely rent this house again in the future. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the Lions Gate\inside the Movie Colony\ close to downtown Palm Springs. The location was terrific and the property was the very best of the best!! Four large bedrooms with each a bathroom. The master opened to the pool area. We felt we were one of the rich and famous with Champagne & Caviar dreams. High ceilings and an open kitchen with a pool table embellish this beautiful spacious property. We will definitely be renting this property and other properties with ACME. ACME & staff are very attentive....So so many extras. A update plasma TV in each room I counted six large LG's. A fire pit and jacuzzi...with the wonderful heated pool were fabulous

I stayed at the \Marley Estate\. ACME was super easy to work with. They sent me very comprehensive details about checking in to the house. I stayed 2 weeks and the property was meticulously maintained (gardener 2x a week, pool guy 2x a week). I had some small maintenance issues and they sent over a maintenance repairman within 3 hours. You are also able to text questions and issues and they were VERY responsive. The house was very nice and just as it was in photos and the description. Will happily rent from them again!

RUTH HARDY PARK OASIS was a relaxing no stress trip. We have small children and first thing we did was put up the pool fence and immediately we had no stress letting them run around in the beautiful backyard grass. It was surprising to see such well maintained natural grass (and so much of it) in Palm Springs. The kids loved running around playing in the sun. We spent most of the stay playing outside, barbecuing and enjoying the stunning outdoor covered living area (it's like a whole other house outside). The weather was perfect and just what we needed coming from the Pacific Northwest. We will be back for a longer stay next time.
