Long story short I will be using R&R for any future appliance needs. I called in the morning about my refrigerator and freezer not being cool enough. Bill gave me a few tips to try and call him back with the results. He also let me know his day was booked but he may be able to fit me in if needed. Well the tips didn't workout, so I called him back and he let me know he would call me towards the end of the day if he could fit me in. He ended up having a cancelation and was over in 15 minutes. Within 30 minutes he diagnosed and addressed the issue. Thanks Bill.

Once again Bill saved me the expense of a trip out and repair with a suggestion based on my phone call. He has come out whenever it was necessary but not wasted my time or money if the issue wasn't repairable.

Bill is extremely knowledgeable with residential and commercial appliances. He is always on time and offers the best fix for you and your wallet. Oh, he's also the only guy open on Saturdays!
We were having trouble with our freezer icing up in our GE fridge that was only 4 years old, so I called R&R to look @ it. He told us it was the mother board & after a hefty fee, our fridge/freezer was still not working so I called him back & after several days came back & didn't look @ anything but told us it was good that appliances were on sale. We have since had someone else look at it who replaced the heating element (& explained that the mother board had been fine all along) & now it's working fine. Very disappointed & wanted to write a review so this doesn't happen to anyone else!
Bill is super knowledgeable and helpful he will go out of his way to make sure your appliances are in tip top shape
