Highly disappointed in the service, they serve a misery of chicken. I paid 10 for literally the smallest meal ever.

I absolutely like this chicken kitchen. The staff and service are great and always welcoming with a smile. I love the freshness of the food but what I love the most is the team work they carry. Everyone jumps in to help , including the manager or the shift leader. Which I truly think is what makes this chicken kitchen the best. This is has been my favorite chicken kitchen for over 10 years now.
They need to fire whoever serves the food. I don’t know what happened, but their portions are so much smaller now than what they used to be. The large looks like a small. It makes no sense.
The chicken here is always good.
Food is good but they need to add more chicken to the plate protein is very important.
2 of the 4 people working in the store at the time of my visit were not wearing gloves when handling food. Social distancing was not being followed either. On top of this, the portions have gotten significantly smaller and the prices have gone way up.
I’ve ordered via Uber eats many times. Every time even if I mark it under comments they put beans on my order. I’m allergic to beans yet they don’t seem to care about customer safety. No matter which item I order they put beans on it.
I ordered through post mates. The food was all squished together along with the salad and plantains all in one bowl. To top it off, after the second bite I ended up pulling out a long hair out of my mouth which was disgusting and ruined the meal. The quality was also very low. I will never order food through them again.
