I loved it here! Me and my fiance went here for our valentine's and I was so happy. The decor and environment was soo romantic and perfect for a date night. First coming in the restaurant sounds on the loud side. But as soon as we sat down it felt like it was just the two of us it was amazing. The food was delicious and big servings. The waiters were very friendly and knowledgeable. Make sure to make reservations, we waited 2 hours with out them. Can't wait to go back!

Our first stop after we landed. We had the best waitress. She was very attentive, very knowledgeable, super efficient, gave us some great laughs, some great tips on spots to visit. Food was on point, drinks were amazing. All around great time.

My MOST favorite restaurant in Texas and Atlanta, GA! When we come home to Texas there are 3 must: Mexican food, Barbeque and PAPPADEAUXS! I have never had seafood as delicious and believe me when I say the portions are HUGE. Definitely enough to share. But more often than not, I go back to my egular \... Greek Salad and a crab cake (or if I am really hungry...2 crab cakes)! Their crab cakes are ALL lump crab with little or no filling. The Greek salad is just as outstanding. Often I will order additional boiled shrimp for the salad. The lobster bisque is full of large pieces of lobster.... not shredded pieces. Again remember, the portions are quite large. I have NEVER had a bad meal at Pappadeaux. They do not take reservations so enjoy a drink at the bar as you wait and get ready for a real culinary treat.

Went to this restaurant visiting from New York. There has to be a better way that the owner can figure out how to service customers rather than have them wait for four and a half hours in the parking lot. Spend some money get a better program online So people can book from their homes. Make sure people book a table and let them know the wait time and have a system where they can receive an automated text when it's about 40 minutes before it's their turn... Online BEFORE they DRIVE over to the restaurant only to be asked for your phone number for a text message and then told it's a 4 and half hour wait. By the time we drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there only to be told it's a four and a half hour wait? If there was a system a computerized system that we can book and enter our cell numbers to receive a text message while we're at HOME...... These clinics with the Corona virus tests have figured out a system where you register online from home then you receive a text 40 minutes before it's your turn to drive over to the walk-in clinic. I've never experienced such disorganization from a seemingly successful restaurant. The food was definitely fresh. Well prepared. And very tasty. But who's the operations manager? That person can figure out a better system than to have people sitting in their cars for four and a half hours before they can go in to eat? Let's do better it's 2020.....

First, let me say the restaurant was over crowded (remind you COVID is at an all time high). The wait was fine because of the time and day of the week. The restaurant was over crowded and way to noisy. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was good but had been sitting for a minute due to how cooled it was. But that night, was awful! I was up for hours vomiting with Diarrhea. I’m not sure if it’s just this location but the one that I ate at in the past was absolutely amazing! I would NOT recommend for anyone to eat here.
