I LOVE This place!! I use them for everything I can.. they are always helpful and patient with me.. lord knows I can often be in a rush, stressed out or just out of sorts.. convenient, fast, friendly and I highly recommend!

Great in general! I use them time and again and have had a solid and predictable experience. For COVID-19 specifically, they didn’t seem to take precautions from what I could see (no masks, no sanitation of credit card reader before/after each use, no sanitation available for customers to use after touching their equipment, no sanitation of employee hands between each customer when handling your items, etc.) so if you are immunocompromised or living with someone who is, and you have to venture out to mail packages using Parcel Plus, you will want to bring your own PPE and sanitation materials.

Have shipped from here for 15 years. Never had problems of any kind. Have had problems with packages not getting where they were supposed to or being damaged, but that’s the responsibility of the carrier. All the people here can do is help you write up a claim and make phone calls for you. They’ve been very helpful when ever there’s been a problem that way. But then I never went all Helter Skelter on them when there was a problem, either. I’ve witnessed them with hundreds of customers while in line and they’ve always been pleasant and professional.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I wish that it was open later is my only complaint. My packages are always received on time and in good condition. also anything I have ever ship from here has been received on time and in good condition. I do recommend. It's nice to have a box with a physical address that you can use.

I used to love this place. Have been a customer for 6 years and have always had great experiences. Was treated very rudely by the owner, who I had never met before. For the first time I was told there was a charge for taping the boxes I had brought in to be shipped. She implied that she would go out of business if she taped boxes for free. It wasn't just what she said, but how she said it. In the end, she didn't charge me, but I will never do business there again.
