We were three families arriving late in the day Friday and skiing early the next morning with 6 kids, so we very much appreciated this service. A couple things made it less than stellar. I submitted our grocery and liquor order the Monday morning prior to our arrival and received a confirmation email immediately stating I’d receive a phone call in a few minutes to confirm. That didn’t happen, so I called that afternoon and left a voicemail. On Tuesday, I called and left another voicemail requesting confirmation, but still no call back. Wednesday, I submitted a chat message via their website, which after Cindy did finally call me about my order. She said she wasn’t trying to be rude but was trying to figure out if they could complete the order because they couldn’t get into our rental until 4pm and had some difficulty with staffing... could I understand? Even when she called, she still was trying to decide on the phone if she would do it. I guess 4pm delivery is late in the day for them? I just needed to know if they could or if I should go with another company. Not responding to an order request for 2 days, and only after my many attempts to contact them, is not professional. However, I was just happy at that point to have someone delivering groceries. Once delivered, we were brought and charged for a 20 ham we did not order (she did remove the charge) and we were billed for 5 hours of shopping. We understand there can be lines but for shopping/delivery/unpacking, 5 hours was a bit surprising.

I have to self isolate for 10 days so I used Park City Grocery Express and they were amazing. I put in my order later in the day on a Friday and she called me back, shopped, and delivered early Saturday. Would recommend to anyone, Cindy is incredibly nice and has a great service!!
Cindy and her team are amazing! We didn’t need to worry about anything. She shopped three different stores to fulfill our needs. Everything was fresh and presentation was perfect. Refrigerator and pantry were stocked prior to arrival. 5 star service!!

My husband & I visit Park City for a month, and I use Park City Grocery Express to stock up our house with groceries and supplies. Cindy and her team at PCGE are the BEST! The only work you need to do is send list, and they will make sure to pick up everything you need. If you are all about convenience and saving time Park City Grocery Express service is a must!!
Cindy is amazing! She bought food and drinks for our large group for an entire week and I have never seen anything like it! I took pictures of the inside of the refrigerator because her organization is so impressive (and I'm not the sort of person who photographs the inside of a fridge!) She bought so much food and beer and managed to fit in all in beautifully. I feel like she saved me about 10 hours of time and aggravation -- we will be repeat customers for sure. Thanks Cindy!!!
