The previous reviews should be deleted. The reason they do not answer the phone is because they are an ALL volunteer group of EMT's who work tirelessly taking care of 3 towns plus mutual aide. If you leave a message, they will get back to you. Tri-Boro is by far one of the most professional corps you will ever find. ALL members meet not only NJEMT requirements, but a host of other extra certifications they require of their members that other ambulance corps. do not require. Their ambulances are always cleaned properly and their equipment is nothing short of the best. These are the EMT's you would definitely want in an emergency to care for you and/or your family. They are a terrific organization.

One of the EMTs (Diane) was very rude to my girlfriend accusing her of faking her illness when she had a serious infection.
The burger was undercooked.
