Dropped off my low earners didnt get paid. Try to get ahold of someone and after an all day attempt and hours later the lady couldnt tell me anything and then hung up. Dont do their job and dont know anything about unemployment!!

I don't even want to put any stars at all I'm so tired of dealing with it. I've been waiting for a call back since May ! And no call back at all. I call everyday and on decent hours to where I can be transferred to the proper person for help on my unemployment benefits sadly I keep getting the same response \Sorry they are unavailable to take calls right now but I've moved you up on the emergency list\ I'm sorry that I can't find a decent job in West Virginia that'll pay me and let me work decent hours to feed my family. I didn't ask to be laid off from work and around this time of crisis I am in need of prayers instead of help from these people who activily tell me on a daily basis. \You will receive a call\ This is totally uncalled for and unlike West Virginia wild and wonderful. I've reached out to Jim Justice on this matter as well.
I can not get a hold of anyone I filed on April 3 2020 and still have not recieved anything. I continue to file my weekly claims and the only message is \there is a hold on your claim pending a decision \. Bills are way past overdue. The automated system just runs you in a circle is there anyway you can speak to a person?
I wish they had a drop box out side have been here 3 times .They weren't open. Not happy!!!!!! And why can't they answer the phone. You can't catch covid Thorw the phone. You can call all l day and get ahold of no one.
