We stayed here for a few months in a pull through site! It was clean we never had any issues not far from Walmart shopping, laundry mat and dollar general. The office employees were sweet! Definitely wouldn’t mind coming back!

Do not stay here! I had to stay here for 7 months for work, payed them 4200.00 @ 600.00 per month. When I got ready to leave i asked them if i could stay 1 more day on the house due to travel , and they would not give me 1 day. There is nothing there NO amenity's, the roads are rough at best, when it rains you will have 3 inches of water standing under and around your camper for days. Its is not worth 600.00 per month. If your traveling you would do a lot better by staying in the wal-mart parking lot about a mile up the road.

I went there as part of my Census Field Work and it seems like a nice place to live. If you have a single wide trailer and have had difficulty finding a park with available pads this one has quite a few vacant pads.

This area raises the lot rent every year 5 and they have a no dog outside policy but it's dogs all over the place and they poop in the yard and they don't spray the areas anymore for pests. We now have to take care of that. They charge you any type of late few that they want never the same. They also charge you if you aren't keeping your grass cut the way they want. But they will not cut your grass even if you pay them. They have horrible potholes they continue to only cover with rocks then the pothole comes back again that you have to dodge every time you drive your car.

This is a no frills RV Park. It is right off of Hwy 460 so easy to get to. All sites are pull through so perfect for an overnight stop without having to unhook a tow vehicle. Check in was fast and friendly. Sites are gravel and a little unlevel, with a wider than normal strip of grass. No picnic table or fire ring. 50amp and good water pressure. No amenities other than WiFi that worked well and our Verizon signal was strong. Road noise was not bad at night. We paid 40 a night with no discounts offered. We stayed May 25 -29, 2017. You are only minutes from the Appomattox Court House National Park and other historical places.
