From the check in to the second I walked out this place and the employees were so helpful and polite. The receptionist was very greeting, the nurse was very informative and helpful and the doctor he treated me great, explained every little thing to me, walked me through the procedure and made sure I was ok while it was happening. I HATE HOSPITALS AND URGENT CARES. But this place will forever be the one I go to because they make you feel like one of them. Thank you for the fast and helpful service you provided me.

I do not recommend many doctors and/or anything in that matter. However, I recommend this doctor's office. She is extremely smart and told me information other doctor's have avoided telling me in order to charge my insurance more money. Example: unnecessary x-rays. Cleveland Clinic convinced me to get an x-ray on my foot to see if there was a tiny piece of glass still left in my foot after it was sliced. I did not want to to get an x-ray to avoid unnecessary radiation exposed. Typically you will not see glass on an x-ray. I am glad I know that, now. Thank you.

Came in with a broken toe without an appointment and was given extraordinary care. The staff are kind, upbeat, friendly, and extremely professional. I don't have a PCP and can see myself coming back here next time I'm in need. I wish I had the name of my PA so I could give her a shout out!!

Although the office was very busy, they kept it moving as quickly as possible. The staff was very friendly and very organized. The office was clean and they encouraged patients to wait in their car vs in the waiting area if possible, which was great!! I definitely recommend Health Express UC!
