We had the homemade kielbasa and pierogies they were amazing. The staff at State Meats knows what they are doing. This was our first time going and they were extremely helpful when we went. They have great prices, are covid complaint, and are just a cool store to be at. It definitely has that old world feel. Outstanding!! We are sitting here writing this review with full happy bellies, smelling our home, which smells amazing, thinking State Meats is the only place we want to get our kielbasa and pierogies from now on and forever!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who want a great homemade meal with love!

Nice store. Good prices and selection of meats(Pork) also had different kinds of sides. The service was great. The girls behind the counter were friendly.
on Monday Dec. 28th 2020 we bought over 33.00 worth of the double smoked kielbasa which we have always bought. We had it today and it was the worst we have ever had!! the skin was so hard you could not chew it without difficulty and most of it we just peeled off and threw out. There was not a bit of juice in it at all very very dry, something must have gone wrong in the process. The day we were there the girl at the counter said it had just come out of the smoker and was to hot to put half of it in the vacuum seal. we said okay . Maybe something went wrong because of the Holliday or something, but it was a very big disappointment that was a lot of money to have such bad kielbasa. I called the store and the manager George said there was a mix up and they gave us some kielbasa that they were drying out for another customers charcuterie boards and to come in and he would make it right. I went in and he gave me new kielbasa and a 25 gift card for my trouble. The new kielbasa was very good as usual and I should have called the store first before writing a bad review and give them the option to make it right, in the future if I have a problem with a business I will call them first.
