Staff is always friendly and helpful. There are some minor draw backs of a small credit union, but the perks outweigh them.

Staff is very confrontational and unprofessional. Condescending tone. Horrible experience. And closed my credit card due to inactivity which hurts credit score, then argued with me over the phone about even having one in the first place. These people are the reason nobody likes credit unions.
