Great company. Quick reply’s and solid service. I only have internet, live rural and it is excellent. Better than any service in the twin cities. Highly recommend.

Great internet service but TERRRIBLE customer service! I dont know where they got these women at that work for them but they are straight up rude. I have worked for a call center before and I would have been fired for treating people the way they do. Learn manors then maybe get a customer service job

Great service and people. Always helpful over phone. Even gave us an idea to save on our service when we asked this Spring. Barb, phone tech, ID'd our problem. Dustin, field tech, just got our internet improved greatly. We just wish we could use Paul Bunyan at our Winter home.

TV stopped working 15 minutes before kickoff at our superbowl party. Tech was there in 10 minutes on a Sunday and had it fixed in less than 10 min. 12 out of 5 stars. I am sure they can't guarantee this service, but it worked for us!

Poor customer service, high payments. Only good thing is the internet quality. That being said, in the past we've paid for similar quality for half the price through other companies. Only stay with them because of a lack of reasonable alternatives.
