My brother had an item on layaway here and instead of honoring that, they sold it to someone else and didn't even give him the money that he used as a down payment! He, my husband and I will never do business with them again! Due to shiesty business dealings they just lost 3 customers!

I would rate it negative if I could. A poor rating is too good for the location and experience. This was the worst customer service I have experienced maybe ever. I used this location to rent a U-Haul and was totally taken advantage of during the return. I was treated extremely disrespectfully when I questioned and let them know what they were doing was wrong. I drove 11 miles and had to provide 3.5 gallons to replace the gas. If you question how many miles it should get, they have no clue even though it’s their job and they deal with these trucks everyday. From what I read, the 15’ truck should get 10 miles/gallon. Evidently the one I got gets 3.1 and they were “doing me a favor to not charge me the 4/mile charge and 30 service fee to put the gas in” when I complained about the obvious error. I was told to “hush” and to leave by the manager of this location, to which I told him I would as soon as I had my receipt so that I knew exactly what I was being charged. The manager told me he was basically the head person there and other than calling there was nothing else I could do about it. So I did call U-Haul they confirmed that the truck should have gotten 12 miles/gallon and that they never condone customers being treated that way ever. This location has terrible customer service and is a terrible representation of U-Haul, which is too bad because U-Haul handled it in a very professional way. This was a classic case of a woman being taken advantage of and disrespected. Honestly, it was only a 4.82 difference in gas but I don’t support crooks and being disrespected when I support local businesses.
