Jerjuan!! That man is amazing!! Very helpful, patient, and attentive. Came in for a TV a few days ago and I couldn’t be more happy with the quality. He asked me a series of questions and gave me some really nice options at a very reasonable price. We love our LG TV!! Coming back for all my appliances. True definition of a professional. Wonderful customer service!!! Large variety of items, no pressure to buy but very knowledgeable staff. We own a small rental building we frequently are upgrading or replacing appliances, their help, and long warranties are comforting.
Excellent service. Went to this outlet store after our Home Depot fridge order had been delayed for 3 months. Scott was able to get us a great price on a floor model fridge that we picked up a couple of days later. Works great! We also decided to cancel our Home Depot order for our washer and dryer, and order from PC Richards instead. Scott was able to find us the machines we wanted at a great price, and in stock!! He was very knowledgeable and really went above and beyond. We were very happy with our visit to this location and thank Scott for getting us our appliances within a week!! (We had been waiting months for a new fridge and washer/dryer from Home Depot). Would highly recommend visiting this store.
Hands down the best PC Richards on Long Island. I was lucky enough get David Blatt and he was just on point with everything. He gave me the best recommendations and prices for my Thermador appliances. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Most places after the sale the sales person gives you the cold shoulder but not Dave. He made sure I was completely satisfied and followed up until the appliances were delivered and installed. I had a problem with the microwave I purchased and Dave replaced it without any hassle or questions. Very happy and satisfied customer and I will definitely shop at this location and use David again.
