We were scouting for appliances particular refrigerators and washer / dryer. Brian was very helpful and provided information on the washer on making decisions on top loader versus front loader. His presentations on all appliances were well received. Very respectable and professional who cares about customers services. Great to have a knowledgeable rep in a store when you're looking for honesty then someone whose trying to get you to purchase anything just to move on to next customer. Ask for Brian whenever you visited this location.

We've been looking for a new fridge but had missed the Black Friday sales. Most of the big box stores have a lot of back orders on their appliances now. Although we were swarmed by sales people at first, they backed off and let us look around. We found a great deal on a Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door model. We saved almost 1400.00 on this particular sale and it met just about all our criteria. The sales person could answer all our questions and was fairly personable. I would have rather dealt with Khalid Muhammad who was much more pleasant and helpful but whoever we worked with assisted us first. We check reviews which were a mixed bag but decided for the 1,599.00 we paid for a 2,949.00 refrigerator we purchased the 5yr warranty and were still ahead of the game. Check out P.C. Richard's often because they do have pop up sales/deals that you will not find at Home Depot or Lowe's.

Karl and Daniel are simply the most wonderful salesman to work with! When I wasn't sure of the dimensions of getting a new fridge they offered to send a surveyor out to ensure that it would fit with no issues. They took the extra step in service and made me completely comfortable with my purchase. If you are looking for any appliances I would highly recommend checking them out. You won't be disappointed!
