When i think of publix they have great customer service and usually clean. However today was not that day! I've walked in to get a sub because they're simply great then decided to get a dessert. While i was looking for it i saw they were selling some on the shelves so i chose one, but when the lady brought it to the counter there was A COCKROACH crawling on the counter. Now i know they may have one or two, but at least clean it before someone wants to get something. The lady then kills it and didn't changed her gloves or wipe it after it and handed my dessert like nothing happened. I am truly disappointed at them for letting this happened. Definitely never coming to this store ever again!!!

Went for lunch and selected meal from the salad bar, 1 meat and 2 sides for 10 was good. Always trust Publix for a fresh meal, ladies that helped were wonderful and friendly.

Entering this Publix I saw a clean store well organized was greeted as I answered found what I was looking for with ease check out was a breeze the cashier was courteous as well as the bagger. They both smiled, you can see it in their eyes I love this store I will be back.

I called and ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday The lady answered “Rebecca” who took my ordered was absolutely incredible and very pleasant!!! The best Service I ever had! Even when picking up the cake, she was so delightful. Hands down best experience from beginning to end.
