I have had 2 amazing massages at Peak Performance. Jill Suess and Liz Trejo are rock stars! They helped me understand what was going on with my messed up shoulder and the therapeutic massage really helped! I brought my 2 teen daughters who received massages from Danae Koolen and Shane Albarran. They loved it! My 16yo said her back doesn't ache any more. This outfit is super clean, cozy and relaxing. What a find!

Dr Kevin Rose at Peak Performance is the first and only professional I recommend when one of us is in pain. He is particularly familiar with what our line of work involves, and with the regular wear and tear we endure daily, we are very fortunate to have a chiropractor here in San Diego whose treatment we can count on to keep us feeling our best. He listens to his patient’s concerns and addresses each area of concern with the utmost care. I’ve seen a number of chiropractors over the years and I can say with complete honesty that Dr Kevin Rose, through his use of Active Release Therapy (ART,) is the only one who has repeatedly been able to resolve my issues satisfactorily.

I've been seeing both Dr. Mazgaloff and Dr. Latza for 4 months, during which time my lower pack and hip pain has been reduced from activity inhibiting to a nuisance, and now we are in \prevention\ mode. Zero pressure type arrangement; they truly put patients first. Highly recommended.
