I’ve had the honor of being a valuable member of Infiniti for many years! They’re service is amazing, Laverne has helped me with both of my purchases and I couldn’t be any happier! All of the Staff is super friendly, helpful and makes me feel right at home! I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Anthony helped me along with Laverne Wright to find my dream car. Even though we haven't quite found it yet they are willing to search high and low to satisfy the customer. The customer service was outstanding and they made me feel at home. If you're looking for amazing service and top quality go to Pearson Infiniti.

My car was stolen from the parking lot directly across from the service Bay Area while several employees watched. A flat bed tow truck was allowed to enter the parking lot, load up my vehicle (that the dealership had run diagnostics on and had possession of keys) and drive off the lot. They watched it happen but did not ask any questions. Chesterfield police is investigating but this dealership does not have cameras to protect the vehicles in the service area. When dealing with the Infiniti COO at Pearson I was given excuses, told that’s what insurance was for, that cameras do not stop criminals and that I was being too emotional. To be fair, they have verbally committed to have their insurance payoff my insurance company for the value of the car. Of course, I have a moly here higher value on my car. There was not even an offer to help me locate a replacement vehicle. Nothing else. If you too might be emotional about having your property taken without regard, I recommend not using Pearson’s.

I only took my 2007 infiniti G35X there to get flashed but they gave me a extended overview of what they did & what I needed done. I was very impressed, I think they even cleaned it off a bit lol

The Mechanics at this dealership are not trustworthy and will lie to you. They broke our Catalytic converter while replacing our transmission. They lied saying it needed to be replaced when there was no check engine light or anything Indicating there was a problem. When they so called fixed the transmission. I drove a few miles from the dealership and the car Malfunctioned on me. This happened three times in me picking up the vehicle after they said it was fixed. The service manager Josh said it was something dealing with the wiring. When I get the Invoice it say they put the wrong transmission in. Plus made us pay for the catalytic converter they broke. The transmission they put in didn't last 6 months and we are back were we started again. There is so much more that needs to be said but I do not recommend this place at all
