This is an awesome bike store. Everyone there is very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. They have some amazing bikes including some battery operated bikes, pretty much anything you're looking for in the bike world they can find or get for you. The owner is a very helpful, and successful small business owner who's owned Pedal Chic for several years and can answer just about any question you have about bikes and if she doesn't know if she'll get the answer for you. They also have great bike accessories and nice looking apparel. The atmosphere in the story is awesome they also have a small sitting area for drinks and to relax a little.

This shop is awesome! The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. We rented bikes for a ride on the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the staff got us set up with exactly what we needed. And the price for bike rentals is a good deal compared to other rental spots.
I brought my new bike in for a wheel true and to have them adjust my brakes and test the gears and ensure proper assembly on my brand new bike. They said it would be ready the next morning or later in the day. I called the next day and was told the mechanic was late so now it would be the following day but more likely several days. I asked if I could just pick it up and take it somewhere else. The next morning they said it was ready. Charged me 60, and were “unable” to true the wheel. They said everything else was in perfect order and even specifically said all the gears work. On the 5 minute ride home it would not shift into top gear and dropped the chain three times. I took it to another mechanic who said the wheel true was no problem and saved 5 on that service alone. I’m pretty sure they lied and did not touch the bike at all. Save your time and your money!
Highly recommend! The mechanic, Tuesday, is super knowledgeable and friendly. She took time to answer all our questions and help us understand what we're looking for in a bike. The other employee was also very nice.
Thank you Pedal Chic for standing behind your products. I bought a wind jacket on sale in Summer of 2016. I wore it a couple times in Fall and noticed the lining was flaking off. I just took jacket back Spring 2017. Tuesday was delightful to work with and got with buyer Leslie and owner Robin to see what could be my options. I was able to get a new replacement jacket because of warranty.I will gladly tell any of my biking friends of the great customer service .
I went here after Reedy Bikes refused to help me out with an issue I had about being able to return the bike rentals before closing time. These ladies were super helpful and friendly. They went over the top to accommodate my needs . They allowed me to leave the bikes at my hotel and they picked them up the next day with no extra charge. Will be back again and will recommend them to everyone that wants to ride a bike in Greenville.
Great bike shop! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A must visit for locals and visitors alike.
Awful. There's a reason they couldn't stay in business. They not only didn't do the requested work but also managed to damage my bicycle. Not pleased!
