1. Office staff bugged me about an outstanding balance every single visit plus repeated phonecalls on my & my husband's cell during work (which were all eventually covered by insurance)! (We have PPO) 2. Docs dropped our family when my son was behind on well visits/shots due to asthmatic health issues diagnosed by Lurie Children's Hospital.
