Got a used stove from them, great quality and very clean. Delivery man was in and out in 15 minutes, no mess, everything worked. They took my broken oven for me. There was a little delay on delivery but that was quickly resolved. Friendly service from start to finish. I do recommend and I’m glad I was able to support a local business.
We purchased two refrigerators which were delivered and installed on the same day. In addition, our old appliances were removed which made the entire process smooth and easy. The appliances work great and when in need of future purchases we will certainly return to Peeple's Appliance.
Well... I have bought multiple appliances from this establishment between fridges, washers, and dryers. I typically had a good experience when buying and had no issues with installs/deliveries. Now... fast forward to my last purchase (a fridge), I bought one prior to the tenant moving in. The owner as always said it was working great and had no issues so I took his word (my fault). Fridge got delivered and installed. Great.... well turns out when the tenant started using is that the ice maker wasn’t functioning. I went back in there and realized the water line was never hooked up, so we installed a water line and the ice maker still didn’t work. Long story short, I have been going back and forth for 3 months now for them to own up and go out there and fix the ice maker or replace it (since they advertise repairs within 4 months too, but this ain’t a repair because it never worked!) I have set multiple appointments coordinating between them and the tenant and they NEVER SHOW UP. Very very unprofessional I have spoken to the owner, his son, and have attempted for them to go out there multiple times. I kept hearing yes we’ll take care of it and never did. So I just got sick of it and sent another company that told me the ice maker doesn’t work and needs to be replaced..... so they sold me a fridge with a broken ice maker. Because of this poor customer service and the owner failing to own up, I will not be doing business with this establishment anymore nor will I refer anyone else to them anymore. They’re more than happy to take your money, but when something goes wrong, you won’t hear from them. STAY AWAY.
