I would highly recommend you do not go to this office. Very very poor customer service. First, I called and specifically made an appointment to see Dr. Magcalas. When I get there they tell me I'm seeing a different doctor. It seems he barely if ever sees a patient there, but they will NOT tell you that when you call to make the appointment. Secondly, I waited about an hour and half. Not once did they say there would be a long wait time nor did they update you on when you would be seen. I am not one to complain and understand office's can get backed up. But after an hour of waiting they then tell me I still had 3 patients in front of me. They have no respect for your time. I genuinely felt as if they did not even care. I asked for my co-pay back and will find me another doctor's office that respects their customers more. It's too bad because Dr. Magcalas is a good doctor, but he has a VERY POOR office staff.

Will not go back here! Does not feel safe or healthy. Waited 4 hours and still not seen! Patients are herded in this High Volume office like cattle! Seems Dr. Magcalas is owner but not sure if he practices here or just subs to other doctors under his license. I made appointment with Dr. Magcalas but he wasn't even here this day so I don't know who would have seen me. Lots of nurses and/or physician assistants running around... not sure who or where the doctors are.

For anyone complaining about waiting when you're a walk in, you try finding any other office with this specialty that will even take you within a week let alone same day. The staff was incredible, and the doctor was super knowledgeable and caring about what was going on with you. Highly recommend.

I did not have an appointment and I just showed up to the office because I was not feeling well. The office staff was very sweet and said they could work me in I would just have to wait. It was well worth the wait. I'm feeling so much better.

I was treated for an Infection earlier this month. I am out of town and called for help. I was told to go to urgent care. They refused to call in anything. I have branchiotas, copd and almost died last Sep from my lungs. Thanks for nothing!!!
