St. John's Chimney Sweep is one of a kind. They fit me into their busy schedule this winter and discovered the reason for my basement leak - there was a builder defect in my chimney. They sent a detailed report with clear pictures. The cost was 2300, so I contacted my original builder from 13 years ago and they fixed it. My builder's chimney company had to return 3 times because they didn't have a ladder big enough - none of that nonsense happened with St. John's. In addition, St. John's could've simply told me that something random broke on my chimney and needed replacement. I wouldn't have been the wiser and would've cost me 2300 to fix. Their honesty and integrity allowed me the opportunity to find resolution from my builder, free of charge. I would recommend this company to anyone and will continue to use them for my regular chimney sweep needs.

Kyle came to do a chimney sweep. After doing the chimney sweep, they offered to clean the dryer vent, and discovered that it was not connected properly. Kyle spent a good chunk of time fixing the dryer and connecting it properly. It was not an easy job but Kyle did it really well. We needed to replace our chase cover and two panels in our fireplace. Steven came to do that work, and like Kyle, was very professional. Both Steven and Kyle walked me through the process of what they were doing and kept me updated on the work that was being done. Kyle was my main contact throughout the process and kept me informed of the timing of the materials that were coming in. I felt very comfortable working with Kyle. Both him and Steven were very professional, straightforward, and hardworking.
