While I do love the convenience of going to Lowes, it can be hit or miss if you find an associate that can either direct you to the correct aisle or that knows about tools or different projects to be able to give professional advice. Every now and then you do find people that go above and beyond. Just wish it was consistent since I am new at DIY projects and don't always feel the confidence.

Asked an employee for help in electrical and she said she don't know who was working electrical and turned away. I had to find someone else to get help to get an item from up top that wasn't stocked on the shelf. He proceeded to tell me he needed to make sure it was the right item after I showed him exactly what I needed and it was a full, sealed box. So then I had to seal up the box again with electrical tape so I could put it in the back of the work truck. Out of 12/2, 3 gang boxes, shelves not being restocked. Check out was good, not much of a line. Everything up until then was kind of a mess.

Lowe's, or this Lowe's, has not figured out to put online orders near the table where guests pick up online orders. It was explained to me that there wasn't room for everything in the front of the store. It would be much better if I were to have to walk to the back of the store and get my stuff quickly rather than stand at the front of the store and wait while a slow man walked catty-corner to the other side of the store. They also haven't figured out that incoming phone calls should not take priority over people who are waiting in person. Other than those frustrations the people who work there seem kind and hard-working and it's a pretty good big-box store.
