Cannot go inside, and was told to order online. When I asked can I order and pay cash at the door I was asked \why don't you have a Credit or Debit card\? Made me feel really low. I used to love this place. Big box grocery stores and everyone else is open with limited occupancy. Why not let a limited amount of people in who only have cash?

THE BEST SPICE STORE EVER. They always have good deals running, so it's worth it to sign up for their email service. Friendly people with an amazing selection! Their spice mixes are on point and I always come out with more than I really need. They have over five cinnamons from different locals alone! Think that sounds bunk? Go to penzeys and take a sniff! All their spices and mixes have sniff testers so you know what you're getting when you go. The waitstaff are always happy to answer questions and help you find exactly what you're looking for.

Couldn't go inside due to the pandemic. But my order was already outside ready for curbside pickup 10 minutes ahead of time. It was perfect. When I waved thru the window as I was leaving a nice associate came to the door and wished me a good day. A very pleasant experience even with the ongoing restrictions.

Have to agree with the other 1 star review. You can't go in and experience the store. I asked why they wouldn't let anyone in and received the same \keeping us safe\ nonsense we've been hearing for months. When I said you can walk around a big box and grocery stores every day, all day she became HYSTERICAL! Ultimately hung up on me. The store really sounds great and I would have loved the opportunity to explore it.

This store and company are simply the absolute best place bar none from whom you can acquire spices. They sell only quality goods. They put their money where their mouth is. Their prices for what you get simply have no compare. The staff at this location are attentive, knowledgable, and friendly - the customer service trifecta!
