The only way I can describe my visit with Jeff today is with outstanding praise and thankfulness. I was able to cobble together a scooter and a lift from online resources. I was very happy with my situation until I had to change my transportation recently. The end result wasn’t very good. I met with Jeff today and he initially just groaned but he didn’t want to send me away. After a lot of research he came up with a great solution and I’m very impressed with his willingness to go out of the box for me. There’s only one place to go to gain your mobility back and that’s Serene, a second generation small business.

You can trust this guy. He installed a chair lift at our house almost a year ago and I am finally putting in this well-deserved 5 Star Review. It was right around Christmas time last year and we are way out here in northeast Mesa. He was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. No problems at all in the first year and if we do I know he will be responsive and get things going again.

When you see a review posted, you wonder to yourself, how valid is it. This is kind of long, but is 100% from the hart. Please take the time to read it. I have been a client, customer, and friend of Jeff Serene, The owner of Serene Mobility & Lifts for the past 8 yeas. It started with Jeff going out of his way to help someone in need. I was on the staff of a Cub Scout day camp at the Heard Scout Pueblo which Jeff was attending with his son. Due to my having Cerebral Palsy i was using a manual wheel chair to move around HQ. Jeff felt that I shouldn't be confined that way and donated a power scooter to the camp that I still use to this day. When it became more difficult for me to get out of my recliner chair at home Jeff guided me through purchasing a chair that best suited my needs without any concern for his bottom line. He even helped me look into any types of discounts that I might be eligible for. Over the years Jeff has helped me keep my chair maintained and functioning; even making visits to my apartment if necessary. A visit to Serene Mobility will not just result in a sale, but you will become part of the \Serene Family\ and develop an ongoing, lifetime relationship with Jeff. He cares about everyone personally as well as professionally. It's unfortunate that I was only limited to 5 stars!

Jeff is simply amazing. Had a privilege today to work with him and his father. Both of them are experts at what they do and they do the business honestly and truthfully and nowadays that is a rare find. I needed to replace 2 sets of batteries for 2 of my scooters and Jeff and Jack did it super fast and at the same time they gave me little more info on how to make my batteries last longer. Of course, price that I paid was super affordable so definitely I'm going to remain their customer for good. Thanks Jeff, thanks Jack and hopefully see you in 2 years
