We take all four of our dogs for various services, two of them needing full trims and grooming every six - eight weeks. Three of ours are seniors. The owners are very patient with them, knowing they need extra care and a soft touch. After visiting several other groomers with our seniors, I highly recommend them.

We have been bring our Chihuahuas to Matt for nail trims for probably 15 years now. He uses a Dremel so we don't have the sharp edges. He is able to calmly handle even the most fearful and/or cantankerous dogs easily. I wish we had Matt in Michigan in the summers too!

Wow. I had a work emergency and had my girlfriend call to explain and leave a message in the morning. I came in a couple hours later and said I am sorry and he said pay the cancel fee and I said no problem. I think he was surprised that I would pay it and then went on to explain that my girlfriend left an entitled apology and that our pet would not be groomed there anymore. I asked him to explain the apology that was left so I could understand where he is coming from. He would not. He obviously has serious issues and needs to be evaluated and get medical attention. Very strange behavior. One of the strangest I have ever seen from a business owner and worker. I am not a medical professional but it’s definitely not hard to identify a personality disorder. I definitely would love to open a spite store next to him and put him out of business. There is a reason why his rating is so low.

Both groomers are wonderful. We take 2 dogs there for baths and nail trims. One squeals with excitement when you say, let’s go for your bath! They are very professional. Been going for 3 years.

Made an appointment to have our husky groomed and Matt came outside before we entered, did not introduce himself, and then called me a \liar\ as to how much the dog weighed and how often she was groomed. Then he went on to say it would cost us. 200 (100 to groom and 100 to clean up his shop); we'd been paying 65. Of course, we left immediately. Beyond the price, he was extremely rude and my wife was quite upset by his attitude. I would AVOID this place!
