Very pretty place. The rooms are nice but sleeping capabilities are not as advertised. It said sleeps 11 but when asked she said 6 adults and 5 kids. Assuming your kids are small. There are 2 couches, and one is a futon. 1 king and 2 queen beds. Theres a pull out twin but its thin. Other than that this place is great.
