Dont know about the rest of all these people bad experiences but I been in business since 1992 I had nothing but EXCELLENT WORK AND EXPERIENCES in this place THERMO KING in Pharr,Texas. I've know Mr. Ted since then. I've had really bad experiences else where no need to mention places cause they cant please everyone. Mr.Ted and all the technicians my hat off to you. For your great work and service. It's why there are days you're busy cause we all appreciate your great work. Thank you again may the Lord bless you and your company all the time.

Unbelievable horrible technician have never been treated like this before anywhere . Ted good service manager. Any time would walk in front of my truck guy would come out and scold me we own these trucks and are customers paying you. Will not return and will be contacting corporate a.s.a.p and will reconsider future products of thermo king products. To much money to put up with this .
Efficient service but high prices.
