Upon arriving in Columbus, I was looking for a gym that would be mindful of past injuries and would help me build up to a healthy place. Having been a gymnast I deal with a lot of neck issues and was worried I would not find a place that could help me work with through them. Thus, I spent a lot of time researching different options in the area and several individuals recommended Live Ready Fitness. So I took a leap of faith and I scheduled a consultation. I walked away feeling optimistic about their one-on-one approach. I started working with Coach Elliott who has been instrumental in helping me make strides in my personal health journey. They have not only worked with my injury but also have shown me ways to make it better.
