The teaching is amazing everyone there has great character and respect for each other and the diversity you'll experience is endless. This is for anybody even considering practicing this form. But be careful with the teacher, she can be a bit scary at times, but it's all worth it and again the class is for and welcomes anybody and everybody. Dont hesitate.
