Great and friendly service. Physicians and nurses went out of the way to make sure my stay was pleasant. The doctors spent a lot of time sitting down with me and explaining to me all my issues. The doctors at Temple or Jeff would never take this much time and effort for me.

The nurses and Docs were 5 stars ***** for my experience here. The cardio team was very thorough and attentive. They ran the right tests, gave me proper treatment with impeccable bedside. The nurses were pros and worked their butts off all day and night. That ER works well in a pretty hostile environment. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is some of building and infrastructure could use a tighten-up/ cleanup. I'm sure your great staff would appreciate some reinvestment and upgrades to their working conditions. I am very thankful that these folks were there to help me in my greatest time of need.

Nurses, doctors, and other medical staff were all very compassionate and accommodating. I presented at the ED with pregnancy complications, and was seen promptly by the OB department. My condition turned out to be rare, but they did the research and collaboration needed to accurately diagnose and treat me. They even called me to follow up the next day. Sad that these people will be displaced by the hospital closing. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is because the security guards at the ED were loud and unprofessional, the facility was somewhat run-down (perhaps due to the unfortunate fact that it's closing), and the medical records department was rude and unhelpful.

I have worked here close to 23 years. Awesome hospital. Feels like a community hospital. Everyone is family. Best peeps in the world!

I was in for a week in 2016 and just about all staff were attentive, friendly and caring. I want to thank (among many) Dr Kristine, nurses Nicole, Pamela, and Erica for their dedication and their smiles, plus Eboni in the ER, Gloria in housekeeping and Manny for bringing great meals. I wish them all much success. Hahnemann is very much needed even if it was underfunded. Hospitals are a public service — not a profit center. The divide between the rich and rest of us is growing. All the money is in serving the rich and that's why this hospital is closing down. It's a crime and people will die because of it.

I recently went to Hahnemann Emergency Department for an allergic reaction while visiting the Philadelphia area. The doctors, nurses, and other staff members were friendly and helpful. They were attentive to my needs and actually listened, which is more than you get from many doctors these days. My experience was pleasant (or as pleasant as can be expected for having to visit the ER in the middle of the night), and I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone in need of care.

The worst hospital visit I have ever been too... the nurses in the emergency department are unprofessional and uneducated. They has me and my boyfriend sitting in the waiting room for over 2 hours now and he has yet to be seen. He is suffering from a infected incision from a major surgery he had 2 weeks ago. It is leaking with fluids and discharge. It is red and painful and they are not treating this like it is a severe problem. Patients are leaving but no one is in the emergency room but us and another patient who has already been seen. I will definitely expose this hospital on other social Media platforms. You guys need to get it together
