Honestly not sure what rating to give? Came here twice this week. Ordered the falafel special both times. The first time was around lunch, and the sandwich was quite tasty and cooked well w lettuce, tomato, onion topping and hummus. The second time was around dinner. My falafel tasted burnt and barely warm even though they said they were making it then. Way too many onions, no tomatoes. And then he was having issues swiping my card ( it has a chip, but you don’t have a chip reader), so he swiped it quite violently and bent my card. When I protested, he pretended not to hear me. Please train your staff better on food consistency and politeness to all customers. Thank you.

We had a to-go order. I did give a 4-star because they missed 1 order of falafel to give us. We definitely need a mask for entering the restaurant. When we visited, the store was not busy. Even to pick up the order, parking is not easy. Coming to our order, we ordered Manhattan Sandwich and falafel sandwich. We really liked the taste of sandwiches. Their sauces are quite nice. They gave a small amount of red sauce which is EXTREMELY spicy. Those who love spice can have this. Will visit them again soon.

This place is absolutely one of the best restaurants in the area. Always when I visit this place I am greatly glad. They maintain their very high level service and the topmost level of food they offer. You surely will enjoy this this place. Highly recommended.

This is the 3rd franchise location I’ve ate at and they all unfortunately fall very short of the original. It’s not bad, it’s just not that great. In our delivery order just a few minutes ago a hot sauce was missing, our hot sauce bottle had a cracked cap (can’t reuse it) and my special instructions for extra meat and onions were ignored even though I requested to be charged extra. If you’re a restaurant trying to succeed in these difficult times aren’t you suppose to get these details right? Eh, exceptionally average.

barely any flavor if you’re looking for a middle eastern meal. super americanized and the pita fell apart. the meat and tomato slices were so big it was impossible to eat without a fork. homeless people kept coming in asking for food.
