We used Termini for our wedding cake and the cake and entire experience was amazing! The only issue is we wanted a black wedding cake, and since they would only do butter cream and not fondant, the butter cream turned EVERYONES (including mine and my husbands) mouths blue! It was really embarrassing. I just wish we knew that before we agreed to the black. Final words - DON’T GET A DARK COLORED BUTTER CREAM CAKE!!!
There are many Italian bakeries in S Philly but Termini’s is tops. Our two favorites are their cannoli and the banana dipped in chocolate. The cannoli shell is always fresh and tasty but what makes termini’s cannoli the best is the cream, not too sweet and smooth texture. This is the gold standard for cannoli, Isgro’s is really good also but termini’s is the best. The banana looks like a plain chocolate dipped banana but what is under the chocolate is amazing. It’s a banana on an amaretto cookie with raspberry jam and French buttercream, truly the bomb! The location itself is super clean and really a must see. Also, the staff are helpful and friendly AND they have their own parking lot for their customers!
Absolutely Loved Termini Bros Bakery! Cannolis are filled fresh, right in front of you! Prices are little high, but well worth each and every cent! Definitely worth a stop if you’re passing through Philly and hungry for a sweet treat! 10/10 would recommend!
Our wedding cake was delicious and the best wedding cake we’ve ever tasted! The chocolate cake is the best and vanilla comes in second. I like that we were able to pick up our cake trial and do it at home. That was really cool. Also, the staff was very responsive to emails and texts, which was important since we had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid. What a Delicious and beautiful cake. Thank you!
