Excellent value. Order 7x pallets of Meyer zoysia and very satisfied with the delivered product...looks great. Delivered next day after cut and it looks fresh, healthy, and rich green. Pieces had nice, thick soil attached and minimal defects. Only found less than a dozen weeds and grubs in entire 7 pallets, which is very competitive and on the low end in my opinion (you'll typically get some weeds and bugs in any sod order). The delivery comes direct from farm in South Georgia, so plan ahead as the delivery window can vary based on which stop you are on the day's route. Would not hesitate to recommend Philema and would definitely use them again in future. Thank you!

Delivery a day early, placed all three pallets in the backyard to make my install easier. Driver called to keep me up to date with delivery time. Will definitely buy from Philema again!
Turf was a good price but the delivery experience made it not worth it. Delivery was supposed to be 9-10am and I was told the driver would deliver to my back yard (which is fork lift accessible). The driver came sometime before 7:30am, never rang my doorbell, and left the sod at the road. This easily doubled the amount of work required to install the sod and took that much extra time. With it being a 90 degree day, the sod also suffered additional damage due to the delay. I called the owner but got no answer and no return phone call.
