I have been very impressed with the courteous & professional service of Texas Shuttle (Airport Shuttle of Phoenix branch). Melissa helped me set up a pick up at Dallas Love Field at the last minute, and my driver Quentin contacted me rignt as my flight landed and was able to pick me up 15 minutes earlier than my reservation time because he had been tracking my flight He literally was at the curb 2 minutes after I picked up my bag, and delivered me safely to Rockwall during a snowy and icy day. I will use Texas Shuttle again when I return to Houston later this week. I will also use them when I travel out of state.

My experience was wonderful! My driver went by “Apache.” Because of a mistake on my end he did not have any flight information and he had to wait 2 extra hours for me to arrive. He handled it professionally and was very understanding. The car was very nice and very clean. I went from Phoenix to Sedona and the ride was smooth and without issue. It was very refreshing after a long exhausting day of travel to have a driver that was very kind and professional.

Great service. Professional friendly on time driver. No issues taking my well behaved dog. We had 4 people 8 suitcases a dog and we were all comfortable for our 3:30 am ride.Will definitely use this company again.
