I'm not sure where these negative reviews are coming from, but my interaction with Dr. Alsahlani was and has been a wonderful experience. The first time I met her was when I had a stroke and seizure and in the hospital. My daughters were visiting me and she came in and literally took all the time needed to answer every and all questions my daughters had and didn't leave until everyone felt at ease and was satisfied. When I got out I had to see her and she was again very patient and answered all my questions and even asked if I drove because she didn't see anyone with me and because of seizures I wasn't allowed to drive for a while. Her staff also was so kind and polite with me even when I got confused about my insurance they were kind enough to look it up for me. I have so much trust in her that I pay out of pocket to see her since my new insurance doesn't cover visits with her and I will continue to do so.

i made an appointment and the only opening they had was several months out. waited those months and on the day of the appointment they confirmed my appointment over the phone. i waited until the digital wait room for forever, only to be called and told they had to cancel my appointment. i have never felt more unimportant in my life.
Dr. Alsahlani is BRILLIANT!! I've suffered this condition for 4 years and have been to so many specialists. Dr. Alsahlani is the ONLY specialist who continued helping me and knew to perform a lumbar puncture, checking the intercranial pressure. I am so very grateful that I found her!! Increased intercranial pressure is not something that can go untreated. Suffering through awful vertigo, blurred vision, double vision, migraines, loss of memory, throwing up without warning, losing the ability to have full use of my legs, to put it mildly... these are some of the horrible things I've been fighting for so long and not know why. Finally meeting Dr. Alsahlani is truly a BLESSING!!! Having a neurologist who knows and cares at the same time is quite rare. I have that and so much more with Dr. Alsahlani and for this I am truly grateful and incredibly happy that she is helping me with this condition. Having also, her amazing staff was so reassuring and they truly are wonderful!! Thank you Lori

Granted I missed my appointment by 10 min, I have not seen my neurologist for my unexplained seizures since before my sleep study that happened 3.5 months ago. Today I woke up a little late, my fault, and I noticed my appointment was at 1030. I got up at 1015. I called to try and push it back to 11 and was told I would have to reschedule. I already have an issue with how infrequent I see my DR, now I can’t see her again for another 1-2 months!? This was unacceptable so I went to the office for all of my paperwork in order to find a new more caring office. When I arrived there was only 1 patient I the waiting room!! Which means there could only have been 2-3 absolute max in the back. I arrived for my paperwork at 1040, 10 min late. Hardly enough to constitute another 1-2 months of waiting. Front office ladies are horrible. It truly feels as if they do not care, I can not get ahold of the DR. Unless I leave a bad review as I have tried to leave a message in the past but she never received it. Because this is attached to the hospital, you may not get the quality you deserve.
