As a patient here I feel it's important to express how much effort goes into patient care and compassion . This office has a great staff that works hard to assist these amazing Doctors care for their patients. From the moment the elevator doors open they greet you with a smile so big you can see it from behind their masks. They are quick efficient and full of empathy for any particular reason. The MA's are just as quick and knowledgeable and move right in the flow from the front office to the back , not skipping a beat keeping the Doctors on schedule. My doctor is Dr Kenny who has a great bedside manner and is very experienced but even the other doctors here are always pleasant - smiling and saying hello as they walk down the hallways, with their patients. You can tell that the office manager must be very hands on with a staff so committed to being the best. I love being a patient here you feel so important and part of the family here. Thanks AZ Pulmonary - I will always suggest you to my friends and family !!

my father was referred to Dr. Ronan after his hospitalization 2 years ago.we had to see him again after a bout with Covid. i would never go anywhere else. dr. ronan is the best. she cares, she listens (actually she lets you ramble), she is patient and understanding. normally even if you find a fabulous doctor, often the staff is hard to work with; not here. Jaci, Kim and everyone is so sincere and really want to help you. they never make you feel like you are being a bother. Kim even called the next day after dad had a telemedicine appt to see how he was. i've told everyone that if they need a pulmonologist, that Dr. Ronan and APSP is the place to go for wonderful care.

I am a nurse and my mom is a patient here and the staff is very helpful. They often call with reminders if she is due for any testing before appointments and are overall very helpful. Its a busy office but I assure you its worth the wait. The doctor team there is phenomenal I have worked with all of them at the ICU in St Joes. They are passionate and caring and very educated. My mom see's Dr. Feldman and he is great with her (she has mental illness and at times can be very anxious and gets off topic) he is always patient and smiling on her visits. I would never take my mom anywhere else!

Recently my elderly mother was hospitalized with Covid and Pneumonia. Imagine the fear we all felt for my mother and the sleepless nights of not being able to be at her bed site, made it even worst. Until... she was taken under the care of Dr. Mason and Dr.Muralidhar at Arizona Pulmonary Specialists. All I could just say is Wow! My mother was treated very well, was provided compassionate care by two very knowledgeable Doctors. I was even able to speak to the doctors and was explained every step by step what meds and care they were providing. Answering any questions we had and they were so friendly and down to earth. When my mother was able to speak on the phone. All she could reassure me is that she had the best of the best! I felt so much ease in knowing she was feeling this way and not afraid of being alone . All I can say is Thank you so much, words can’t express how much we appreciate you both. Even now calling the office for follow up appointments and asking questions. The staff are always friendly and so very helpful. Thank you all and keep safe!
