My experience with BHA was fantastic. Terry was excellent to work with for our remodel project that lasted over 4 painful years. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient, and trustworthy — going well beyond the extra mile. I would highly recommend this company and Terry. (I understand BHA recently changed ownership, and one can only hope that the new ownership doesn’t change the formula and spoil a good thing.)

Best Home Appliances has been my go-to store for all appliances imaginable, for the past 20-plus years. I have had terrific customer service and have always had easy installations. Terry, the sales rep I have always used, is one of the big reasons that I continue to shop at this store. For two different homes I have purchased refrigerators, washers/dryers, microwaves, dishwashers, ranges, an ice maker, and a freezer. The showroom is very nice, and full of high-end appliances. The prices are very fair. I will continue to refer this store to my friends, and I always recommend they speak with Terry if they want good, knowledgeable service.

Actually, this store carries very high-end appliances; I have purchased three of them due to convenience of location to our neighborhood. However, the staff do need some personnel training in public relations. I have had three negative experiences with their salesmen and only one good experience. For my next appliance purchase, I will be forced to look elsewhere unfortunately.
