I have a 2020 1500 classic. My 1st experience with this dealership was for a service and oil change. The Mopar app works wonderfully on getting my service scheduled. My service advisor Patrick Tank responded promptly and let me know I could get in earlier. Once there, the service department was clean. All the staff where friendly and very helpful. The dealership also has an on-site diner, the burritos are fantastic. I left my truck there, and was notified once it was done. Janette escorted me back to my truck, and was very professional. I highly recommend this dealership for customer service. I look forward to a future purchase at this dealership. Thanks for a smooth transaction today.

Excellent dealership to buy a car. Prices are already at a fair price point and no pressure in buying a vehicle. You can try to look everywhere online in Phoenix Metro and their price points are already competitive. It comes down to, How much do you really want it? Great service department also. Friendly shuttle to drop you off home for free or rental cars on site. I had to leave mine to get added remotes start and Bed liner. Recommend getting at least the service warranty for everything but aesthetics. And... after reading some of the negative reviews. I see their staff is quickly responding and providing a) reasonable answer Or b) asking for people to come in to help resolve their issues. That right there is owning the situation and trying to really help.

Very pleasant experience purchasing my minivan. Salesman met me as soon as I walked through the door. Took me right out to look at the van I was there to look at. Salesman Mo was very knowledgeable of the van. Answered all my question with no pressure what so ever. Filling out all the paperwork went very smooth. Did not have to wait very long for my van to be detailed and delivered. Alberto did a great job of showing me how everything worked, he is very knowledgeable. Overall great experience buying a vehicle.

Honestly, my husband and I did not have a pleasant experience here. We went on Monday evening which was Presidents’ Day. We were ready to put money down for a car and they ran my husbands credit and tried to say he was a ghost because they could not find his credit report. We ended up going to a different dealership and had no issues. I just feel this place did not try hard enough to help us.
